Placement

The Training & Placement Cell of our institution plays a pivotal role in counseling and guiding the students for their successful career placement which is a crucial interface between the stages of completion of academic program of the students and their entry into the suitable employment.

The students are provided with opportunities based on the Eligibility criteria put forth by hiring companies, the minimum criteria being 60% throughout their education. Nevertheless we strive to provide opportunities to other students who miss out due to lack of required percentage.

In addition to campus placements, the Training and Placement Cell organizes Professional Development programs like Technical Workshops, Webinars and various trainings on Aptitude, Technical etc. We also provide Personality Development programs covering communication skills, presentation skills, career planning etc., on a regular basis to enable the students to acquire the necessary traits to become sale-able to industries.

We also have MOU's with multiple companies like Zensar Technologies, Sherpify, and Pramati where these companies come train our students and hire them directly so as to bridge the gap between Industry & Institution.

PLACEMENT PROCESS

  • The Placement Team sends invitation to the Recruiters with relevant details regarding the Final Placements.
  • Once an organization shows interest in recruiting from the Institute, recruiters are then asked to share the complete details of the Job Profile, rounds of Interviews, Salary Package etc.
  • An email informing about the job opening and its details will be shared with the student and faculty coordinators who in turn shares it with the eligible students.
  • A suitable date will be then informed to the recruiters for Campus visit.
  • Companies are encouraged to come for Pre-Placement Talk and conduct various rounds of Interviews and students who clear the Interview rounds will be given an Offer of Appointment which goes to the selected students through Placement Team.

Eligibility Criteria put forth by Hiring Companies:

  • A minimum of 60% throughout starting from 10th Standard.
  • An aggregate of all subjects in all semesters to be considered (All subjects mentioned on the mark sheet).
  • Should not have any Backlogs
  • Must have cleared all Subjects in the very first Attempt
  • Should have Strong Analytical/Logical/Verbal Reasoning skills
  • Should have good Communication Skills
  • Must be ready to relocate to any place of Posting

Keeping this key aspect into consideration, it is realized that training is important for students to enhance their employability skills and achieve good placement in various Industries.

Training of students and equipping them with life skills has become an important responsibility of the institution. Along with technical expertise, development of a holistic personality is also necessary.
